Wow -- someone at Lenovo emailed me.

Before I went to bed, I thought I would check my email, and I was surprised to find a message from a Lenovo employee, Timothy Supples. Here is what the message contained:

Hello,
I saw your post on our blog and wanted to see what I could do to help. If you can send me your order and customer number, I can look into your post and hopefully see what the cause for the delay is. Thanks for bearing with us!

Pretty cool, eh?

That's great customer service in my opinion. From my experience with other large companies, you really don't get that kind of attention.

This is my first time doing business with Lenovo.

I explained to him my situation and gave him the information he needed.
