I got my X60 loaner tablet (same model) on Saturday. Two days earlier, I recieved a call from Tim and from another Lenovo member and they worked it out so that I could get a loaner incase my new tablet x60 wouldn't ship on time.
After seeing and using this machine, I am so glad I purchased one. It's slick and ultra portable (I'll post some pictures later). The X60 is a LOT more responsive than any other tablet I have used and the screen is brighter also.
And as I checked my email this morning, I found that my new tablet X60 will arrive tommorow! I will be leaving tommorow night, so I will defiently have it for my trip!! YES! Thanks to Tim Supples, Jim McDonald, and Steven Mclane of Lenovo for all working together to help me get my tablet on time and getting a loaner out just incase! They kept in contact via telephone and personally took care of my order (try getting that somehwere else...).

A new update!
Got a call from Tim from Lenovo today, and he took care of my order. Since my laptop will take a while to build (regular 2 weeks), and I will be out of town, they will send me a loaner until I get mine and then I can send it back...that's really good---atleast I will have a computer with me now--plus they even went the extra mile to get me the same model I will be recieving.
What other company would give you this kind of service and attention? -- sounds like they really care about their customers -- I am glad I went with a Lenovo -- the people there naturally seem to care for their clients.
Thanks!
Lenovo
P.S regarding my previous post, they dont post any charges on your CC until the item has shipped, and "In Process" in your order status means that it is being built.

An Update
-My credit card still has not been charged! (I purchased this LAST WEEK!).
-Haven't heard from Tim.
-Lenovo said they are looking into my order (I called them and explained the situation)
-Told me to wait a day or two before I cancel my order
-Nothing has updated on my order status page.
What's going on??
